The Rainbow Pride @ Work Co-ordinator has responsibility for the development of a state-wide program of training and capacity development of health and related community services workers and businesses for the QLD AIDS Council (QUAC). Priority will be given to LGBTI awareness and HIV prevention issues for gay/msm. The position will also be responsible for co-ordinating the training of QUAC volunteers and systems of professional development for QUAC staff.

Reporting Relationships


The Rainbow Pride @ Work Co-ordinator reports directly to the Manager of Healthy Communities, LGBTI Health.

Subordinate Staff

The Rainbow Pride @ Work Co-ordinator supervises a team of subcontracted trainers. They may also supervise other project staff or consultants from time to time as determined by the Manager of Healthy Communities, LGBTI Health.
